Making Babies Book and DVD Set

I am very excited to share with you one of my personal favorite resources when it comes to natural fertility…

Making Babies Book and DVD Series by

Shoshanna Easling of Bulk Herb Store!

I got this incredible series late last summer and I literally dove in head first to learn new things about natural fertility and everything else. Tell me I am not the only one who picks up a 480 page book, reads it from cover to cover then, goes and watches 485 minutes of the film with the same title, then all of a sudden the urge to go the bathroom hits so you pause to relieve yourself and when you’re done, you walk out to starved puppies and a husband with a befuddled look on his face as he asks where you have been for the last 48 hours… Please tell me I am not the only one who just can’t seem to put an amazing book down! Haha! Yes, this series is that good!

For those of you who have yet to hear about ‘Making Babies’, it is an excellent series about, well… making babies! This series covers tons of healthful, natural ways to prepare for fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum. It is chocked full of natural remedies, herbal blends, wholesome recipes and even exercises for you and baby. Every single page is full of brilliant, eye-catching pictures and tips and hints almost every woman will find helpful, not matter where she is at in her fertility cycle.

Since this month’s topic is fertility, let’s talk about what this series offers for natural fertility. Fertility is one of the main topics covered in the first DVD as well as the first chapter of the book.

There are several herbal brews and drink recipes that really help to optimize your fertility naturally. I actually use several of the herbal remedies from the book including: Mama’s Red Raspberry Brew, Pre-Pregnancy Healthy Tincture , Berry Herbal Brew {look for my review soon}, Egg Shell Water… Oh! And Liver Cleanse Tincture.

Making Babies is such a fresh and fun way to learn about women’s health in the area of fertility. Shoshanna’s energetic and joyful spirit makes the DVD Series an easy way get some of your questions answered about herbs, nutrition, and pregnancy. And I love that she included very thorough interviews with knowledgeable women’s health professionals.

And talk about being a menu saver! Eating healthy, wholesome meals is essential for natural fertility. But, I always run out of yummy, healthy meal ideas… Honestly, there are only so many ways to fix a salad. My man loves good tasting food and trust me, I can make a mean hashbrown casserole or a delectable cheesecake, but those ain’t exactly healthy! Haha! So you can imagine my delight when I watched and read about delicious, nutritious meals that both my husband and I could enjoy, all while optimizing our fertility and health. You will find over 160 pages of deeeeliciousness {no, really… you might need a napkin nearby because you will drool. I know ladies don’t drool, but this is the exception}!

If you are trying to optimize your fertility or if you know of someone who is struggling with conceiving, I can’t recommend this series enough. To get your own copy, head over to Bulk Herb Store. And while you’re there, grab some Mama’s Red Raspberry Brew so you have something delicious to sip on while you learn!

Jasmine is a God-fearing, always-learning, stay-at-home-wife to the best husband in the world! In the past couple of years, her new found loves have become herbal fix ‘ems and things “all natural”! She is continually learning to slow down, enjoying the important, simple things in life…like naturally taking care of her home, husband and health. She really enjoys creating things “home-made” and showing others how to do the same! You can also connect with her on Twitter and Facebook.

What a cool series! I’m 10 weeks pregnant with no.2, and I’m determined to do things a lot differently this time. Also I’ve been looking for raspberry leaf tea- this looks perfect. :)

I actually like the “Making Babies” series the most. I always wanted it so I hope that I might win it. Also, the “Making Vegetables” and “Making Herbs Simple” series look very interesting.
